OnCite™ Wirless Soltions facilitates management of Tenant Service Requests and Preventive Maintenance Work Orders. Engineers can receive and edit Work Orders while in the field and can continue working in an environment in which they do not have a wireless signal.

- Improve Response Time - How many hours in a day are wasted by engineers returning to the office to pick up another stack of Work Orders? By using a wireless solution, your engineers can use their time for responding to Tenant Requests or completing Preventive Maintnence work.
- Real-Time Completion Information - Do your engineers have to wait to have a signal before they can see the next request on their list or to mark a request completed? OnCite™ provides a tool that will continue to work without a signal and will perform a sync when a signal is found. What this means for the engineer is the ability to enter completion information as they go and not having to write it down to enter later. This reduces the work load and provides the building staff with real-time completion data (date and time stamp the engineer marked the request completed).
- Be Proactive! - Your building engineers probably know more about the ins and outs of the property than anyone else. They are going to see when lights are out or notice things that need to be fixed. By giving them the power to create Work Orders from their handheld device, your team can address these issues in a proactive manner. Your Tenants will notice when things are taken care of without a phone call or request entered!

- Acceptance Feature – Work Orders can be dispatched to mutliple team members and the one team member who is the closest can take ownership of the Work Order by "Accepting" the Request. Upon acceptance, any other assigness will have the Work Order removed from their queue to prevent duplicate effort.
- Notifiy Supervisor – Team Members can notify their supervisor of any issues or as the Work Order is completed. This ensures that the right people are kept in the communication loop.
- Filtering – Team Members can filter their list of Work Orders to Tenant Requests or PM Work Orders Only. They can also perform a search for work orders that have a specific priority, property or type.
- Sorting – Team Members have the option to sort their lists by priority number, property, type of work, or work order number.
- Status Updates – Team Members can mark a Work Order as accepted, in progress or completed. They can also send a Work Order back in to building staff for reassignment.
- New Work Orders - Team Members can create new Work Orders as needed with the option to select the Property, Tenant and Type and enter in any details. These new Work Orders can be entered and completed or sent to building staff for assignment.
