Deep Forest Systems, Inc. is a solid, financially stable corporation. We are privately owned; 100% of the equity is held by the founders who still run the business on a day-to-day basis. We have been in business since 1994, and have never defaulted on a business commitment (financial or otherwise) and thus can boast a stellar credit rating, have never been involved in a law suit of any kind, have built and continued to maintain a lean, flexible organization, and have made a profit most of the years we have been in business, (no mean feat given the technology roller-coaster).
