A sample of the team roles that might work on your project is as follows: Project Manager (8 years experience) will:

• Work closely with Client team and with Deep Forest Development Team to plan and define the project scope including a sharp focus on customer needs and an implementation of measurable goals.
• Plan and sequence all activities including data gathering, resource assignment, and determining skill requirements for critical tasks
• Estimate, communicate, and manage project timelines and schedules including identifying and mitigating any potential schedule risks and documenting any issues
• Act as a catalyst to resolve project problems and conflicts, escalating when necessary.
• Manage costs to client’s budget via careful communication with all parties
• Ensure that throughout the project, impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process, sticking diligently to the Communications Plan.
• Ensure quality measurements are in place at all levels of project development and design including guaranteeing that comprehensive testing is performed and quality controls are adhered to.

Project Development Team (combined 25 years experience) will:

• Design, code, test and implement customizations to the OnCiteTM Property Management System and/or application programs in accordance with specifications of Client.
• Work closely with Technology Director and with Project Manager to understand client mission and goals for functionality, for various user interfaces, etc.
• Analyze, code, test and document all customizations and new applications.
• Interpret business requirements and identify solutions to meet business objectives.
• Analyze programming logic and revise logic and procedures as needed.
• Where needed, provide direct support to client.

Project Technology Director (11 years’ experience) will:

• Develop project architecture/solutions, standards and processes
• Research, identify and document Client’s technical requirements
• Determine and identify appropriate technologies to be used
• Develop and document the system architecture
• Lead the development team in implementing project design, standards and processes
• Develop and document the high-level technical design
• Identify project tasks and define task definitions
• Work jointly with Software Project Manager to develop technical project schedules, plans, task assignments and time estimates
• Provide leadership and mentorship to developers
• Assist in development and maintenance of technical standards for the Technical Services group
• Provide advanced knowledge of currently implemented technologies and research new and emerging technologies
• Support Lead the Technology department and their processes.
• Aid project Leads in development of Technical Service team project processes and documents.
• Support Developers in working together as a team
• Research new technologies and determine their applicability to Client as a whole.
• Maintain open communication with all members of the project team.
